Added Social Buttons

This was a pretty simple upgrade.

I added the Twitter, Google Plus and Facebook Like buttons pretty easily using the Drupal Service Links module. I know there are a ton of other links available, but these should cover most.

Another thing I noticed with this though is that Google Plus widget is not visible on IE (particular versions atleast). I am not going to be bothered by it though.

Also, since I am on a multi-site install and combined Wisetome.com and Splat.Wisetome.com, installing it on one makes it available on another.
